Coupeville Library Expansion -- Week 4

The foundation walls for the expansion are poured and the forms removed

Roof shingles are being removed. No--they are not loafing, they are waiting for the truck

that hauls away the shingles to return.

All roof shingles have been removed

The foundation wall compartments have been filled and compacted with a special sand. Sand

was added about 6 inches at a time and compacted until it reached the top of the foundation

walls.
