Week 12 was a week of good progress completing interior rough-in of plumbing, electrical, heating and cool conduits, and the fire sprinkler system. Outside more work was done on the front steps and
fascia was added around the roof lines. It is incredible the amount of detailed work that has to be completed before "finishing" can begin! Below are some photos taken this week.
Front steps have been poured and were covered for protection and from the rain.
In this photo, you can see the treated and painted boards (fascia) being added along the edge of the roof. These need to be completed before shingling can begin.
This photo shows black pipe that will be installed to provide the building sprinkler system.
Heating and cooling duct work has been installed overhead
There is seemingly no end to the amount of piping, electrical wires and outlet box that have been installed in the building. No need to worry about having enough electrical outlets!
